Même si la grève féministe (et non pas des femmes !) permet une plus grande visibilité des problématiques féministes en Suisse, nous estimons nécessaire d’apporter dans le mouvement un espace et un moment pour exprimer une vision plus radicale du féminisme, qui selon nous manque cruellement, en particulier à Lausanne. Et ça parce que :

• Certain.e.x.s d’entre nous ne sommes pas des personnes blanches et on en a marre de voir nos vécus constamment instrumentalisé dans les espaces militants féministes.

• Certain.e.x.s d’entre nous ne sommes pas des personnes cis* et/ou ne se reconnaissent pas dans la binarité de genre. Il ne nous suffit pas d’une asterisque à la fin du mot femme où d’une phrase dans un manifeste pour nous sentir considéré.x.e.s par les mouvements féministes cis.

• Certain.e.x.s d’entre nous ne sommes pas des personnes hétéras et nous ne voulons plus que nos experiences du patriarcat soient invisibilisées dans les discours hétéronormatifs.

• Certain.e.x.s d’entre nous ne sommes pas de classe sociale privilégiée et nous n’en avons rien à faire d’un plafond de verre quand nous n’avons aucune chance d’un jour quitter le rez-de-chaussée.

• Et nous toustes sommes anticapitalistes. Nous refusons le discours féministe institutionnel centré sur le travail productif. Nous n’avons pas comme objectif d’élargir l’accès des femmes à des positions de pouvoir pour perpétuer les systèmes de domination capitaliste, transphobe, raciste et patriarcal.

Les discours institutionnels blancs, cis, hétéros et bourgeois prennent de nouveau toute la place dans l’espace médiatique et ça nous vénére grave. C’est pour ça qu’on a décidé d’organiser un bloc radical en mixité choisie sans mecs cis pour la marche du 14 juin. Nous vous proposons aussi un atelier de préparation le jour d’avant, ainsi qu’une soirée avec live et DJ.ette.s super stylé.x.e.s. Tout sera en mixité choisie sans mecs cis. Ceci car nous trouvons indispensable d’avoir des espaces militants et/ou festifs libres de tous mecs cis pour nous retrouver, nous amuser et nous organiser entre nous et pour nous.

Even though the feminist strike (and not the women’s strike !) gives place to a greater visibility to feminist issues in Switzerland, we deem it necessary to bring to the movement a space and moment to express a more radical vision of feminism, a vision that is missing from the feminist discourse, especially in Lausanne. We feel this need because :

• Some of us are not white and we are pissed to see our lives constantly instrumentalized in feminist spaces.

• Some of us are not cis** people and/or don’t identify with the gender binary. An asterik at the end of the word woman or one sentence in a manifesto is not enough for us to feel considered by cis feminist movements.

• Some of us are not straight and we’ve had enough of our experiences of patriarchy being invisibilized by heteronormative discourses.

• Some of us are not from a privileged social class and we do not give a shit about a glass ceiling when we have no chance of ever leaving the ground floor.

• And all of us are anti capitalist. We refuse the institutionnal feminist discourse centered around productive work. Our purpose is not to widened access for women to power positions, so that they can perpetuate systems of domination that are capitalist, transphobic, racist and patriarchal.

Again, the white, cis, hetero and upper class instituitonnal discourses take all the place in the media and it pisses us off a lot. This is why we decided to organize a radical block without cis men* for the 14th of June protest. We also invite you to a workshop the day before to prepare for the strike and to a party with super cool live and DJs. Everything will be without cis men. This because we think it is essential to have activist and/or festive events that are cis men-free, in order to gather, have fun and organize, amongst ourselves and for ourselves.
